More Than Just an Attorney

Leslie Puzo was born in Queens, New York and spent her childhood years living in Dominican Republic. Leslie and her family relocated to Miami, Florida where she attended Coral Reef Senior High School and graduated from the International Baccalaureate Program. Leslie attended Florida Gulf Coast University where she graduated Magna Cum Laude with a bachelors in Political Science and two minors in Latin American Studies and Global Studies.

Leslie moved to North Carolina to attend law school at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. While in law school Leslie was president of Hispanic Law Student Association and in her last year was elected Student Body President of the Law School. In 2015, Leslie became licensed to practice law in the great state of Florida. She focuses her practice solely in Family law.

Leslie relishes the academic challenge of the ever-evolving case law and the application of the law to a client’s individual circumstances. Leslie believes that people are what makes this area of law most interesting as no two cases are exactly the same. Family law is Leslie’s passion.

Leslie’s passion for finding solutions for people is what has fueled the growth of Puzo Law. Leslie is joined by talented and equally passionate colleagues who all share the same philosophy – we will use the tools necessary to get our clients to a better place whether it be litigation, negotiation or some form of alternative dispute resolution but we will do it in a way that ensures the process is client centered.
