Brian has dedicated his legal career to one thing: representing the good people of Florida and helping them during the most difficult moments of their lives. Born and raised in South Florida to Cuban-born parents, Brian strives in protecting the rights of his clients and advising them how best to move forward. His passion and focus are to provide the very best of services  and care to address the needs of his clients and their children both efficiently and meticulously.

Brian has extensive experience in most aspects of Family Law, including but not limited to, divorce matters (high asset, same sex, and high conflict matters), paternity actions, timesharing challenges, child support matters, domestic violence issues, good fortune cases, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, modifications of all types, step parent adoptions, mediations, settlement agreement challenges, and post judgment enforcement actions.
